Scope of this policy
This page describes the public EPM information website and its inquiry form. It does not describe or promise the behavior of an existing account system. Contact EPM for information about account access and the data practices that apply to product use.
Information in your inquiry
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, inquiry topic, and message. These details are used to review and answer your inquiry and manage related follow-up. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing or create an account.
Please do not send passwords, tenant records, financial documents, payment details, or other sensitive information through this general contact form. No file uploads are available.
How messages are submitted
When the mail transport is configured, the form submits your message through the email service used by EPM to anfrage@bagorda.net. Your email address is used as the reply address. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services.
A confirmation means that the email service accepted the message. It does not confirm that it has been read or that any access or service has been agreed. If the form says sending is unavailable or an error occurs, use the email address or phone number instead.
Essential session and security records
The inquiry form uses an essential session cookie with a random identifier to protect against forged and repeated submissions. Private session records contain temporary tokens and accepted-request references. Tokens expire after 30 minutes. The form does not store a separate database of inquiry messages.
Rate limiting uses a keyed hash of the connecting IP address and attempt times. Records older than 24 hours are discarded when the form service is used. The hosting provider may keep access and error logs for operation and security. These public pages do not include third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
Messages and follow-up
Accepted messages may remain in the email system while an inquiry and necessary follow-up are handled. Contact EPM to ask about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask how it is retained. Requests are considered in light of the records held and any applicable obligations; no fixed email-retention period is stated here.
